What does it mean to live in balance? What does it mean to live your life more wholeheartedly?

Are you longing for a change in your life and do you have that feeling that you know somethings needs to be changed to live your life more the way YOU want to live it? Well then this course is definitely for you!

Yoga, Meditation, breathwork together with workbook with special themes that we dive deeper into to learn and understand more about ourselves and what we really need to create that change in our lives and live our lives more wholeheartedly.

  • A balanced lifestyle gives you time and space for more than just work and stress your way through life.

  • Balance through connection with both the mind-thoughts as well as your heart and emotions.

  • Balancing your yin-yang energy realizing that we are both of masculine and feminine energies and learning how to connect with both and when and how to use these amazing qualities.

  • Balance through yoga, pranayama-breathwork, mantras and meditation. 


This course will invite you to a fusion of practices that Jenny have put together from different trainings, courses and yoga styles that I have come across over the last 15 years. It will give you some keys to live your life more fully and in a more balanced way.

With this course it is my aim to give you some keys and practice for you to come back to you and your own powerful wisdom within. YOU have the answers, YOU know the way.  Sometimes all we need is a little help and reminder to find our way back to health, balance, love, joy, happiness, fun...

Jenny Viktorsson

Jenny´s way into yoga had a lot to do with a longing to connect more deeply within again a connection she had a glimbs at while dancing many years back. Since her first class in Spain about 15 years ago and it has been an incredible journey since then explorering different styles of yoga with amazing teachers around the world. Through the different forms and styles of Yoga, Meditation and dance it has brought her back to her essence , to joy, to love and to the honor of sharing her passion in a variety of yoga classes and workshops around the world. With a great passion for Shakti, the divine feminine force Jenny shares Shakti Flow classes and workshops as well as a fusion of Hatha, Vinyasa, slow flow, yin, restorative, mediyoga and inspirations from Kundalini. She loves to share from an intuitive source and explore with sounds, mudras, kriyas and meditations. ​ I have also done courses in in healing, coaching, yogatherapy and meditation and it is of great interest to create a deeper healing and connection within and to your essence. It is a great gift to come back to empowerment of our own inner wisdom and guidance so that we can live our lives to the fullest and with an open heart and mind. I was the Co-owner of a beautiful yoga studio in Malmö Sweden, Yoga kendra since for 7 years teaching weekly classes, workshops and teacher trainings. ​ I love to travel and Co create so dont hesitate to connect! truly look forward to meet you.
